If you wish to use FNHA or ICBC funding you will need to contact Erin before booking as there are a limited number of spots available for each. Pre approval is required. It is the clients responsibility to check with their insurance provider (and Erin for direct billing) to see if counselling will be covered.

A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. Cards will only be charged for no-show appointments or appointments that are not cancelled within the 48 hour cancelation period. Otherwise all payments occur at the end of session. You can use your card on file or a different payment method.
